As a local plumbing and heating company, when we experienced difficulties with an employee acting inappropriately we didn't know where to turn to for help as we knew we had to deal with it sensitively and professionally.

Hornet solutions cam in and were understanding and helpful, They made a huge problem for us manageable and although it was a difficult process to go through, we couldn't have done it by ourselves.

Because of your advice I was able to point out the errors the company had made in the process and this meant that they had to employ me for an extra 16 days. These extra 16 days meant that I had been at the organisation another completed year which gave me another 2 weeks redundancies monies and the consultation period went over the 1st April and I was due a pay rise so the whole of my redundancy package was calculated on my new salary!
